How long does it take to become fully licensed?+
You complete the 2-day live training, then submit 2 practice maps for feedback within 4–6 weeks. Most practitioners are fully licensed and confident delivering within 6–8 weeks of training. Your 5 map credits never expire, so you can pace client work to suit you.
Is the training fully online?+
Yes — 19th & 20th October 2026, Live on Zoom, 9:30am – 4:30pm UK time. We keep cohorts small (max 12) to ensure personal feedback. You’ll receive your own Motivational Map pre-work, plus access to the online learning portal before we meet.
What’s the difference between this and personality profiling?+
Personality tests label who you think someone IS. Motivational Maps measures what currently drives them — their energy, motivation and fulfilment. It’s a self-perception inventory, not a type. It changes as people change, making it perfect for coaching, change programmes and team development.
How do I charge clients after accreditation?+
Most practitioners charge £250–£450 for an individual Map + 90-min debrief, and £1,500–£4,000 for team maps and workshops. We cover commercial models, pricing and packaging in training, and you get the full resource library to run workshops straight away.
What are map credits and how do they work?+
Map credits let you generate reports via your Practitioner Back Office. Each credit = one Motivational Map report. Your 5 included credits never expire. After that, credits are approx £45+VAT each (volume discounts available). No subscription.
